The Mid-Cape Immigrant Rights Coalition (MCIRC) is a grassroots organization aimed to help immigrants during this difficult time. We work with immigrants and stakeholders to provide Know Your Rights literature, family preparedness and legal aid information throughout Barnstable, Dennis, Yarmouth and neighboring towns.
